Every Sweet & Sin order is sent in plain, unmarked packaging. There are no logos, brand names or product descriptions on the outside of your parcel. Your billing statement will show a discreet company name — never Sweet & Sin.
Your privacy is our priority. What you order, and from whom, is your business alone. We treat every order with complete discretion from the moment you place it to the moment it arrives at your door.
Delivery times & costs
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Delivery times are estimated from dispatch.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel every step of the way.
If you haven't received a dispatch email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder — or get in touch with us and we'll look into it straight away.
International orders & customs
For orders outside the UK, please be aware that your parcel may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
All international parcels are marked as discreetly as possible on customs documentation.
