Our returns policy
We want you to love every piece you receive from Sweet & Sin. If something isn't right, we'll do everything we can to make it right.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on intimate apparel that has been worn, washed or had its hygiene seals or tags removed. This is standard practice across the lingerie industry and ensures every customer receives items in perfect condition.
What can be returned
Items are eligible for return if they are:
- — Unworn and unwashed
- — In original packaging with all tags attached
- — Hygiene seals intact (where applicable)
- — Returned within 14 days of delivery
How to return
1. Email us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions within 24 hours.
3. Package your item securely and post it back to us.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a free return and full replacement or refund — no questions asked.
